Lower Foundation Curriculum Documents

By clicking on the buttons below you can download the curriculum booklet for Lower Foundation, also known as Nursery, it has been produced by the class teacher to give parents an insight into the curriclum studied by the children each term.

The EYFS curriculum is unique and provides many opportunities to develop children's social development through play experiences in order to support cooperation and turn taking. This then leads onto children experiencing learning through play as well as structured teaching and learning.

We are pleased to work in partnership with our parents and encourage the link between home and school. We use an electronic system to share home and school experiences which supports assessment of the next step in learning for each individual child.

We use Twitter to share our daily activities and any news from Nursery. We send out electronic and paper copies of activities and planning in order to keep our parents well informed of all the exciting activities happening in Nursery.
