Parent Partnership

Miss Farley is our Parent Support Advisor. Her role in school is to enhance the relationship between parents and school as well as supporting parents when they are having any difficulties with their children at home or in school.

Miss Farley also enables parents to take part in activities in school that enable parents to understand the new school curriculum, to assist them to work alongside their own children on developmental activities and to enjoy activities together.

We welcome all parents to register on Parent View and leave feedback for the school, we hope to hear all about your great experiences of Dane Royd. Visit to do so.

Monthly Autism Coffee Morning- An informal get together, the first Monday of every month, for parents of children who are in the process of diagnosis or  post diagnosis of ASD. This is a supportive group of parents who share experiences, helpful tips and ideas of how they support their children. The group is facilitated by Miss Farley who provides school based materials and suggestions on how school can support families. Miss Farley explains school policies and procedures that can help parents as well as having an open door policy.
