Dane Royd’s Podcasting journey is just beginning! Having visited our partner school in Gran Canaria, who used their podcasting equipment to promote the oracy skills of their children with special educational needs, we could instantly see the benefit for both our learners with SEND and more widely. We launched our new podcasting equipment as part of our Artsmark Day that gave children the opportunity to access a variety of Arts activities that they wouldn’t usually have access to. Since its launch, children have used our Podcasting facilities for a variety of purposes.
